To avoid and reduce beer belly, from the following six aspects

1.Exercise for 30 minutes a day: this includes stair climbing, walking, jogging and biking.


2.Three square meals a day should be reasonable,eat more fresh fruits and vegetables and coarse grain potato and other foods rich in fiber.


3.Drink water often.

4.Adjust diet structure: advocate high protein, high vitamin, low sugar, low fat diet, do not eat or eat less animal fat, sweet food.
5.Limit alcohol consumption. Do not drink a large number of long-term beer, liquor, moderate drinking some red wine.


6.Do not take drugs that can damage the liver.
