Screw Capping Machine

This machine is fully automatic, used for capping aluminum caps for glass bottle.

Work principle

The machine are composed of machine frame, motor part, main axis, conveyor system, bottle in and out system, capping head, electric part.

The adjustable-speed motor will transfer the motor to main axis and capping head. After the bottle is filled, the bottle will come to the capping machine via bottle conveyor. The cap will go through the cap path from cap unscrambler.

Once the cap gets on the bottle, the capping head will screw the cap fixed by the stand. In the process of capping, two pcs. screw rail wheel and two sealing rail wheel will press the surrounding of the caps. The capping head will revolve on its own axis and four rail wheels will press the cap. After capping, the bottle will get out of the machine.

Machine feature

a. Including cap unscrambling device, sliding channel for conveying caps, cap snatching device, and capping heads.

b.The machine stops in the case of no cap or overloading with alarm signal, and installs with device to avoid the caps in reverse entering into the cap-falling guide.

c.Screwing the cap with powerful magnetic force, the torque can be set and adjusted. And it ensures the screwing quality and adaptability.
