Delivery of fermentation tanks and CIP system to Polish customer

After a production cycle of 40 working days, the fermentation tank and cleaning system we’re successfully delivered to Polish customer in August.

          Our tanks are all made of certified stainless steel, and the diameter and height of the tank are based on customer requirements. The design pressure of the tank is 0.4Mpa, and the test pressure is 0.3Mpa. The tank and interlayer have undergone more than three pressure tests before shipment.

           Below is the packaged picture of the CIP system

          This is a 5000L CIP cleaning system. This system not only considers the cleaning of the tank and pipeline, but also the cleaning of the filter system. Fully automatic control of temperature, pressure, liquid level, concentration, flow, etc.

         As night fell, the loading work was completed. The equipment will arrive at the customer site in one month.
